These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bristol Group website and scheduling page and the Bristol Group SMS text messaging program. SMS Text Messaging Terms

Program description

Bristol Group, a business brokerage in Idaho Falls, Idaho, operates a text messaging program that sends appointment reminders and follow-up messages about your inquiry to people who have agreed to receive them. Examples include a confirmation of a meeting you scheduled, a reminder before the meeting, a message to reschedule, and a follow-up about the business inquiry you made with us. We do not send third-party advertising.

How you opt in

You opt in by either of the following:

• On our scheduling page by checking the unchecked box that says you agree to receive text messages from Bristol Group, and then submitting the form.
• By phone by clearly saying yes when a Bristol Group representative asks if you agree to receive text messages after we have told you about these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and how often you may be texted.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and inquiry. You can generally expect between one and four messages per week while you have an active appointment or inquiry with us, and fewer when you do not.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for the messages you send and receive, depending on your plan. Check with your carrier for details. Bristol Group does not charge you for the messages.

How to stop and how to get help

Carriers are not liable

Wireless carriers and their affiliates are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and your phone's coverage and settings, and is not guaranteed.

Eligibility and your number

You must be at least 18 years old and be the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you give us. Please tell us if your number changes or is reassigned so we do not text someone else.

Privacy of your mobile information

Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy.

Scheduling

Meeting times you request are subject to confirmation. You can use the link in your confirmation email to change or cancel a meeting. Please provide accurate contact information.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse our website, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it or our systems, or submit information about another person without their permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
